Abs Define and Glute Lift
Abs Define focuses on the abdomen; Glute Lift focuses on the gluteal muscles. At your assessment, we review which area to treat and what results are reasonable given your starting point.
Sessions and follow-up
At Makai, sessions usually last 20 to 30 minutes. Intensity and the number of visits are individualized. We record your goals and review progress to adjust the plan.

Will I feel contractions?
